Austells 2 rosette restaurant in Carlyon Bay and I are combining forces to host a fund-raising dinner to raise much needed funds for the award winning Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary in Looe, Cornwall.

The dinner will be held on Thursday the 26th of September and will be a ticket only affair so please book your place early to avoid disappointment

Austells award winning chef Brett Camborne-Paynter will be cooking a special menu to showcase the restaurants menus and to reflect the ethos of the Looe based charity.

Dinner will be 45 per head and will include a 5 course meal and wine for the table, a 10 per head deposit will be required to secure your place at this exciting event.

There will be presentations by Hayley Dann from Wild Futures and Sue Earnshaw, Wildlife photographer and an auction of fantastic items, including Keeper for a Day at the Sanctuary and a Dinner for 2 at Austells during the evening.

Wild Futures biggest project in the UK is The Monkey Sanctuary.  The charity hit the national news during Easter after it voiced concerns over popstar Justin Biebers pet monkey.  The popularity of monkeys as pets is driving up demand for the charitys rescue and rehabilitation work and it fears that fans may want emulate their heartthrob by getting a monkey as a pet.

If you are interested in attending the dinner and supporting this wonderful charity please contact Emma at Austells restaurant on 01726 813888 or via email on emma@austells.net,  we are now taking bookings.
