One of the benefits of having many trees and bird boxes and a very long lens.. I’ve been watching a nut hatch pair for a while and spotted one of them coming out of one of the bird boxes. Intrigued I set up with chair, camera, bean bag and watched, and waited, and waited.

I’ve put together a few pics of her comings and goings and over the coming weeks I’m hoping to get the time (and weather) to be able to capture more of this spring story.
